Some of the rules are:
• A builder or a developer can only ask for 10% of the total project cost of the property from the investors and buyers.
• 70% of the total amount of the buyer should be kept in a different account.
• The builders have to specify carpet area rather than talking about the super built up area to the buyers and investors.
• If the buying is delayed, the buyers or investors have are entitled to get the full amount of return. If not then the monthly investment of the amount is also allowed.
• It is essential for the builder to gain consent of the buyer before executing any changes in the project.
• All the original documents taken from the buyer should be submitted intact and kept safely.
• The buyer or the investor’s issues should be resolved within 5 years of buying the property also the issue must be corrected within 30 days after the complaint is filed.
• If the buyer faces any loss relating to the property then the buyer himself or the people involved in the process are eligible to ask for compensation from the promoter or the builder. The builder is liable to pay compensation for that.

• Select the option “online application” from the drop-down menu.
• Another new page will appear on your screen, and then you have to enter various required details.
• After the completion of filling up all the details that were asked, you are ready to apply and complete the registration process.
