Step 1: On the main home page of the official website, you have to click on the ‘Regd. & Stamp Duty Calculator’ option under the ‘Ease of Doing Business’ tab.

Step 2: Now fill in the required details like district, village, registration office, plot number, area and measurement unit, to proceed further.

Step 3: Now, choose the ‘search’ button after you successfully entered in all the details.

Once everything is done, the site will now show you the stamp duty for the transaction.

Steps To Submit Your Document Online
Step 1: On the https://www.igrodisha.gov.in/ portal, click on property/document submission tab.

Step 2: On the new screen, you will be asked to register yourself.
Step 3: After this, you could proceed with the registration by providing the deed’s details.


Step 4: Now, the page that follows will ask for details of the seller.

Step 5: You will now have to provide consenter, buyer, identifier and witness details.




Step 6: You will now have to enter all property-related details on the page that follows.

Step 7: To book time slots, you will also be asked to provide three preferred time slots.

Finally, the last page would ask for your confirmation, after which the deed will be submitted to the respective registrar offices, for scrutiny and acceptance. Moreover, a presentation date will also be assigned, for you to make a physical appearance to complete the property registration.
