For any kind of property registration, you need to have proper documents that you can show to the officials. If you want to register for your apartment in Noida, then you need these documents with you:
1. Zero Ledger- It is also known as the No Dues Certificate. This document shows that no liabilities are remaining on the property and all the debts are paid by the owner and the property is free to sell or buy.
2. Possession letter- possession letter acts as proof that the buyer is ready to take possession of the property.
3. Allotment Letter- allotment letter is used as evidence that the flat in Noida is allotted to the buyer and the name of the buyer is mentioned in the allotment letter.
4. Bank loan approval- in some cases, people apply for a home loan to buy the property. So if any person has applied for a loan, there should be a copy of applying for a home loan and the copy of approval by the bank too.
5. Identity proof- for the registration, identity proof of both parties is required. In the identity proof section, there should be a copy of the PAN card and a copy of a document that shows that you are a citizen of India.

6. Residential Proof- In the residential proof, you have to give a copy of your adhar card but before that, you have to make sure that the address should be the same. The address of your resident and the address of your resident mentioned in your adhar card must be the same.
7. Self-attested passport photographs- In the documents of registration, passport size photos are used in many places, so it is better that you should give some passport size photos so that they can paste them in the documents accordingly. The photos should be self-attested.
8. Bank attested photograph and signature- it is done for security purpose as you should bring a document of your photograph and of your signature which is attested by bank in which you account is opened.
