This portal is used to look up all details relating to land and property, such as the owner's name, land area, plot number, the value of the property, etc.

This portal is set up by the state's Land and Land Reforms and Refugee Relief and Rehabilitation Department that provides a host of services, such as land records, a record of rights, plot information, plot maps, GRN, and mutation, among others. It will eventually help in cutting the time and effort of the users and also helps the Revenue Department in the state to offer greater transparency.

Click on it and enter the details to identify the plot. Enter the details such as district, block, and mouza details, and then you could also search by khatian number or plot. No optional fields are there as all these are mandatory fields.

Can I Apply For Online Mutation Via Banglarbhumi?

Yes, in March 2019, the Banglarbhumi website allowed for automatic mutation. It is a legal process to transfer the property from one person to another. Online services can only be applicable if the property is registered, is transferable, its final publication is complete. Also, the transfer of land is not done on the basis of holding numbers.

Once the mutation is done, the new owner is liable to pay the property tax. To get the automatic property mutations through Banglarbhumi website, you do not need to apply.
