October 25, 2023: The Ghaziabad move Authority (GDA) has launched an online platform for the sale of unsold properties under the First Come First Serve housing plan, which is a welcome move. Available flats under the project have prices per unit ranging from Rs 5.7 lakh for EWS homes to Rs 69.42 lakh for a 3 BHK unit.

 

The residents can choose from a number of housing schemes that affects the Ghaziabad Property Rate offered by the Ghaziabad Development Authority. Still, a large number of apartments in these housing developments are unsold. There are now 1629 empty apartments spread over eight different building developments. 

 

Those interested in purchasing a home in these housing developments can do so using the GDA's online platform. Interested parties may apply for the available homes through the Ghaziabad Development Authority's website (GDA).

 

This holiday season, the GDA hopes to capitalize on the consumer frenzy. Booking the available apartments will be made easier with the help of the internet tool. The applicant will not need to visit the GDA office in order to use the online booking function.

About Ghaziabad Development Authority

What Does the Ghaziabad Master Plan 2031 PDF Include?

GIS-based Ghaziabad Master Plan 2031 GDA Ghaziabad is the source of the Ghaziabad Master Plan 2031 PDF. Also, there are many Real Estate Projects In Ghaziabad to be launched.

Ghaziabad Development Authority's master plan explanation stating that the organization has suggested a sizable township development with a commercial, residential, industrial, and logistics hub close to the boundary between Ghaziabad and Meerut, or Bhojpur. The Delhi-Meerut Expressway takes 25 minutes to get to the area from Delhi. It also benefits from being close to the Eastern Peripheral Expressway, which makes it simple for people to reach the future Ganga Expressway. 

 

Ropeway project: Prior to starting the ropeway projects, the GDA is also embarking on a thorough feasibility analysis of the routes. They intend to investigate the ropeway project from Mohan Nagar to Vaishali in great detail and believe it will be possible to connect this route to the metro. 

 

The travellers will have simple access to Delhi if this route is connected to the Metro link. Members of the district administration, traffic police, GDA, Municipal Corporation, and other departments will be on the officers' committee for the same.  

 

GDA has currently suggested four ropeway project routes. Three further lines will link Vaishali to Noida Sector 62, Hindon Metro station to Raj Nagar Extension, and New Bus Adda to Old Ghaziabad Railway Station, in addition to the Mohan Nagar to Vaishali route. These routes are the subject of a feasibility study being carried out by the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). 

 

According to GDA officials, the ropeway project is expected to cost between 80 and 90 crores per kilometer. These routes are anticipated to replace the Red and Blue Line Metro rail services that are currently in use in Ghaziabad.


 

GDA Will Complete A Zonal Plan For Ghaziabad's RRTS Influence Zones 

The zonal plan for special areas along the RRTS corridor is expected to be finalized by the GDA (Ghaziabad Development Authority), according to sources. According to a development team official, the RRTS project's zonal plan is being prepared in accordance with the new TOD (Transit-Oriented Development) strategy that the UP government has implemented.  

 

The 82-kilometer RRTS project is intended to connect Ghaziabad, Delhi, and Meerut with a high-speed rail network. There will be 25 stations total, with 22 falling under the jurisdiction of Uttar Pradesh. 

 

The Ghaziabad Development Authority Master concept 2031 will incorporate this concept as a key component. The physical limits of the influence zone around RRTs and the land use of the two SDAs will be specified in the zonal plan. Any modifications pertaining to these projects will also be included in the master plan.

The Ghaziabad Development Authority Master Plan 2031 and TOD's Relationship
