World One: The Lodha Group is building a residential tower in Lower Parel, Mumbai, called World One. When finished, standing at 1,450 feet (442 meters), it will hold the title of Tallest Building In India 2023. Seventy percent of the building has been finished as of September 2015, and the tower has reached eighty-two stories out of a planned 117. The skyscraper will cost Rs 20 billion and is anticipated to be finished in 2016.


 

1.Palais Royale: When completed, it will be the second-tallest residential structure in India, standing at 1,050 feet (320 meters). Shree Ram Urban Infrastructure Ltd. is developing it, and it's also in Mumbai's Lower Parel. The skyscraper is currently under construction and is scheduled to be finished by March 2017. It will have 88 floors.


At a cost of Rs 3000 crore, the project is the first skyscraper in India to receive a Platinum grade for environmental sustainability from LEED for Energy and Environmental Design.


 

2.The Imperial: Situated in Tardeo, South Mumbai, The Imperial is made up of two towers. Both buildings have 60 stories and a height of 254 meters (833 feet). The twin towers, which opened in 2010, are currently the nation's tallest finished residential structures. Hafeez Contractor designed and Shapoorji Pallonji & Co Ltd. developed the Imperial towers.


 

3.The 42: When construction is finished, The 42, which is situated in Kolkata's Chowringhee core business area, will rank as the fourth-tallest residential tower in India and the highest in East India. Mani Group, Diamond Group, Alcove Realty, and Sattva Group, based in Bangalore, are all developing the tower. The 42 has 62 stories, a height of 827 feet (252 meters), and a LEED Gold pre-certification. The project was first conceived in 2008, but it encountered several obstacles and is still in the development phase due to outstanding legal matters.

 

4.Ahuja Towers: Located in Worli, Mumbai, and under development by Ahuja Constructions, Ahuja Towers will rise to a height of 250 meters (820 feet) with 53 stories. The project is not quite finished, but there are apartments that are ready to move in. Wilson Associates of New York designed the interiors of the tower, while Palmer & Turner of Singapore created the building's architecture.
