• Designing and implementing sales strategies for targeted revenue.
• Follow up the sales proposals and deliver monthly precise and up to date sales reports.
• New lead generation for creating a pipeline of prospective customers.
• Enhance Product knowledge for better deliverable
• Handling Channel sales and corporate tie - up to generate maximum business for residential and commercial projects.
• Responsible for generating new business opportunities for the organization.
• Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Monitoring and positioning for all future projects.
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.

• Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them and manage daily routine calls.
